About Me

My Professional Standards

At Grow with Aamna, I hold myself to the highest standards of integrity, compassion, and presence in every client interaction. My work is rooted in sincerity, guided by faith, and carried out with deep respect for each woman’s unique journey. I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where women feel seen, heard, and supported.

I honour confidentiality, uphold strong professional boundaries, and bring full presence and intention to every session. Whether in a one-on-one conversation or a group workshop, my aim is to offer guidance that is both emotionally intelligent and spiritually grounded  never rushed, never superficial.

My Personal Story

Around a year ago, I reached a pivotal turning point. Emotionally drained and operating from a mindset of scarcity, I came to a clear realisation: I could no longer rely solely on my own strength. I chose instead to place full trust in Allah and embrace true tawakkul – releasing control and allowing Him to guide my path.

That shift in spiritual perspective changed everything. I stopped striving and began receiving. With this transformation came a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and alignment. It also strengthened my calling to support other women in reconnecting with their inner peace and purpose.

In my private practice,

In April 2024, I launched my coaching practice with a clear intention: to support women who feel emotionally depleted, unseen, or disconnected from their sense of self-worth. Many are constantly giving to others while silently battling overwhelm, burnout, or the fear of setting boundaries.

My practice provides a safe, faith-rooted space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect not just with themselves, but with something higher. Through 1:1 coaching and the Transformation Reset programme, I help women build emotional resilience, honour their boundaries, and step into a more grounded, confident life one centred in divine trust and self-worth.

This is What makes me Unique

Client Success Stories

Before working with Amna, I felt like I was constantly pouring from an empty cup. I had no boundaries, said yes to everything, and ended each day exhausted and resentful. Through the Emotional Reset programme, I finally gave myself permission to pause. Amna helped me see that setting boundaries wasn’t selfish — it was necessary. I now speak up for myself, protect my energy, and feel emotionally lighter than I have in years.

Sara

I came to Amna feeling completely burnt out and disconnected from who I was. Her calm, faith-rooted coaching style helped me get clear on what was fuelling my people-pleasing habits. The mini coaching package was the perfect reset — practical, focused, and deeply healing. I now say no without guilt and prioritise my peace without apology. It’s been a beautiful shift

Leila

I joined one of Amna’s group workshops thinking I’d just learn about boundaries — but I left with so much more. She helped me connect the dots between my emotional exhaustion and my lifelong habit of putting everyone else first. Her words stay with me daily. I now protect my time, honour my needs, and feel more in control of my emotions. For the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again.
